Very attentive staff, fairly clean hotel, spotlessly clean and airy room. Units with plenty of wardrobe space etc. Paid £ 48. Marvellous and lovely setting in the great area, just next door to the town centre and the baytree for around the £70 mark. Plus, 20 minutes drive from prehistoric caves.

We had double room with plenty of wardrobe space etc. The location of the hotel was quiet and absolutely perfect - approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Torquay Magistrates Court. And it was also near the baytree for around the £ 70 mark, the town centre and buses.

The room was airy and good sized, complete with hairdryer, wardrobe space, the bedroom. Having a hair dryer, shower caps, and bath sheets was a bonus. The hotel had a quiet location next to Pavilion. It was located in a secure area short walk to the baytree for around the £70 mark, and the sea front and town, a nice place for me.

We spent 2 nights in double room with Wi-Fi, very spacious well kept, the bedroom. The breakfast was fresh made with local ingredients, toasts, yoghurt, and the team was really helpful and kept the space fairly clean.

Everything here was perfect and my room was airy and elegant. The staff were pleasant and food was brilliant. The location was marvellous, near a bus station, so it was really easy to travel around. The restaurant onsite was nice. I loved staying here.

Excellent staff and a satisfying breakfast. You can eat at Bombay Express, which is set 200 metres away from the property. If we return to Torquay we would have extended the stay.
